Refund Policy

1. Digital Products

We sell a small number of digital assets (such as SketchUp models) directly through our store. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final. Once a file has been purchased and the download link provided, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate purchase – if you accidentally purchase the same product more than once.
• Technical issues – if you experience a problem accessing or downloading the file and we are unable to resolve it.

If you believe your case qualifies for a refund, please contact us at contact@gardenroombuild.com within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

2. Affiliate Products

Many items featured on our website are sold through third-party retailers via affiliate links. In these cases, your purchase is made directly with the retailer. Refunds, returns, and customer service for affiliate purchases are handled by the retailer you bought from, in accordance with their own policies. Please refer to their website for details.
